- A no-show by the participant at the event without prior notice shall be considered a cancellation.
- Big Hearted Business are not obligated to give a refund, on occasion they may be able to do this if there is a waiting list for the event
- You agree to permitBig Hearted Business to use all photographs taken during the events for future marketing purposes perpetually.
- You agree to permit Big Hearted Business to record the audio and visual of the event for use in possible activities such as, but not limited to, podcasts and audio recordings.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
